It is necessary

  • - 3-4 sweet and sour apples;
  • - milk - 1 glass;
  • - semolina - 3-4 tbsp. l;
  • - sugar - 3-4 tbsp. l;
  • - eggs - 2-3 pcs;
  • - butter (margarine) - 50 g;
  • - ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp;
  • - bread crumbs;
  • - cutting board;

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the pumpkin, remove the skin and seeds, cut into small pieces. We put the pumpkin in a saucepan, fill it with milk, add 20-30 g of butter and cook over medium heat until half cooked.

Peel the apples, core them, cut into cubes and put them in a separate saucepan. Top the apples with granulated sugar. Simmer over low heat until the apples are soft.

We transfer the pumpkin to a saucepan with apples, mix and heat together until it boils. Add semolina and cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mass thickens, then turn off the gas and leave to cool.

Step 4

Separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the apple-pumpkin mass, and beat the whites (without sugar) into a strong foam. Stir gently and add the proteins to the pudding mass.

We heat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Grease the selected baking dish with butter (margarine) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs evenly.

We transfer the apple and pumpkin mass to a baking sheet and put in the oven. Bake until tender, about 25-30 minutes. Remove the mold from the oven, let the pudding cool slightly and carefully remove. Cut the pudding into portions, serve with sour cream.
