It is necessary
- - 400 ml of milk;
- - 200 ml of cream;
- - 8 pitted dates;
- - 1 banana;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of coconut flakes, gelatin;
- - 1 g of crushed pistachios.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the banana, cut into large pieces. Free the dates from the seeds, it is advisable to remove the skin from them too. Place the dates and bananas in a blender, pour in 300 ml of milk, whisk. If you want to make a sweeter dessert, then you can take more dates or add sugar at your discretion.
Step 2
Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold milk, put in a water bath. The gelatin must completely dissolve in the milk. It is better to use a pot with a thick bottom for this.
Step 3
Add cream to milk with dates and bananas, heat, just do not bring to a boil. Then remove from heat.
Step 4
Add gelatin to the creamy milk mixture, mix thoroughly. Pour into molds or portioned bowls / vases, let the treat cool, then put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to cool and harden a little.
Step 5
Panna cotta "Banana-date duet" is ready, there is only one left to decorate the dessert on top - you can sprinkle it with crushed pistachios or almond petals. Coconut flakes and grated chocolate are also suitable as decoration.
