I really like simple and tasty dishes that do not take a lot of time to prepare. And today I will share with you one of these recipes. We will cook apple strudel from pita bread.
It is necessary
- - Armenian thin lavash, 1 sheet;
- - butter, 50 g;
- - apples, 2-3 pieces;
- - raisins, 2 tablespoons;
- - nuts (walnuts are better, but almonds are also possible), 2 tablespoons;
- - sugar (vanilla is possible), 1 tablespoon;
- - cinnamon;
Instructions
Step 1
We unfold a sheet of pita bread on the table and grease it with butter. Cut the apples into thin slices. Preheat a frying pan, melt a small piece of butter. Pour the apples into the pan, add a spoonful of sugar, cover the pan with a lid and leave to simmer for 5 minutes so that they become soft, but do not lose their shape.
Step 2
My raisins, chop nuts. Then we add everything to the apples. Sprinkle the apples with cinnamon. Mix everything gently.
Step 3
We spread the filling evenly on the pita bread, slightly receding from the edges. We roll pita bread with apples into a roll, greasing each turn with butter and put on a baking sheet. On top, grease the roll again with butter, so that later a beautiful, crispy crust forms. We put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. And voila, we have a wonderful dietary dessert.
