You will need:

  • flour - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • chocolate - 80 g;
  • sugar - 5 tbsp. l.;
  • cocoa powder - 2 tsp;
  • milk - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

Preparation

Let's make the dough. Break a bar of dark or milk chocolate with your hands into small pieces in a bowl. Place a bowl of chopped chocolate in a saucepan filled with hot water to melt it. When the chocolate is completely melted, add cocoa powder and warm milk. We mix everything.

Using a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar and add to the chocolate mixture. Then sift the wheat flour and add a teaspoon of baking powder. Use a wooden spoon to knead the cake dough.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, spread the chocolate dough evenly with a spoon or spatula. We bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees until tender for about 20 minutes. When the cake is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool.

Prepare sour cream: beat sour cream with sugar until cream is obtained. Sour cream can be cooled slightly in the refrigerator. Then grease the cooled cake with sour cream, cut into equal pieces. You can use cookie cutters and make interesting cakes.

Now let's decorate the cakes. Grate the dark chocolate on a fine grater and sprinkle the cakes on top. Cakes look beautiful if you pour them on top or make thin veins with chocolate icing. To do this, heat the cream, lower the pieces of chocolate. Hold for a little over low heat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Chocolate icing can be made with milk, white, or dark chocolate. The final touch is chopped nuts. The "Shtuchka" chocolate cakes are ready.
