"Gamberetti" is an Italian pizza with baked shrimp and garlic flavor. This appetizer is perfect for gatherings with friends or any other feast.

It is necessary

  • - ready-made yeast dough 500 g;
  • - zucchini 1-2 pcs;
  • - sun-dried tomatoes in oil 100 g;
  • - peeled shrimps 250 g;
  • - garlic 1 tooth;
  • - canned tomatoes in their own juice, or
  • tomato puree 200 g;
  • - mozzarella 200 g;
  • - pesto sauce 100 g;
  • - basil leaves.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the zucchini and mozzarella into thin slices. Sun-dried tomatoes - in pieces. Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out thinly on a floured surface to make 4 flat cakes. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Step 2

Put canned tomatoes or tomato puree, peeled and minced garlic on the dough and bake for 10 minutes at 220 ° C. Place the zucchini, shrimp and mozzarella on top of the cakes and bake for another 15 minutes.

Step 3

Remove the finished gamberetti pizza from the oven. Place 2-3 teaspoons of pesto sauce on each, sprinkle with basil leaves.
