- 5. lemon juice, liqueur, vanilla extract - 1 spoon each.
- Strawberry center:
- 1.strawberries - 1 glass;
- 2. sugar - 1/4 cup;
- 3. lemon juice to taste.

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put a pot of water to boil. Mix the ingredients for the base. Set the resulting mass aside.

To make the strawberry center, mix a glass of strawberries with lemon juice and sugar to taste. Strain and simmer until the syrup is half cut. Cool it down.

Whisk sugar, cream and cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Add chicken eggs. Then add vanilla, liqueur, cream and lemon juice, mix until smooth.

Pour the cheese filling onto the finished base, which you want to smooth over the surface of the mold, flatten it tightly. Brush with strawberry syrup, then reapply the cheese mass. Place the molds in a large mold, fill them halfway with boiling water. Place in the oven for forty minutes. Bake until half cooked, the cheesecake should be jelly-like in the center.
