In addition, you don't have to crush the cookies - we will use them in their entirety.

It is necessary

  • - 650 g cream cheese;
  • - a can of boiled condensed milk;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 14 pcs. Oreo cookies;
  • - 5 tbsp. spoons of brown sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 140 degrees, and start preparing the necessary ingredients yourself.

Take 14 muffin cups with one Oreo cookie in each.

Step 3

Whisk the cream cheese at room temperature until smooth on a medium mixer speed, add boiled condensed milk, brown sugar (it will give the filling a caramel flavor). Whisk until smooth.

Next, reduce the speed of the mixer to a minimum, add raw eggs one at a time.

Step 5

Pour the resulting cream into cookie cutters. Put the molds on a baking sheet, pour boiling water into it in a layer of 1 centimeter. Place in the oven.

Bake the mini cheesecakes at the indicated temperature for 15 minutes. Then refrigerate slightly and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then remove the mini cheesecakes from the molds and serve with tea.
