Very few dishes of traditional Russian cuisine have survived to our time. One of the delicious recipes is hodgepodge. Solyanka can be consumed both cold and hot.
It is necessary
- • Beef - 700 g;
- • Hunting sausages - 100 g;
- • Smoked chicken - 200 g;
- • Sausage - 200 g;
- • Pickled cucumbers - 150 g;
- • Onions - 150 g;
- • Tomato paste - 30 g;
- • Pickled mushrooms - 100 g;
- • Carrots - 200 g;
- • Bay leaf - 2 pcs;
- • Ground black pepper, salt - to taste.
- For decoration:
- • Greens, olives or lemon, capers.
Instructions
Step 1
Put beef, carrots and onions (one each), bay leaf and pepper in a saucepan. Boil the broth.
Step 2
When everything is cooked, remove all the contents from the pan, and leave the broth to boil.
Step 3
Cut the meat into strips and put back in the pot. While the beef is cooking, cut the pickles into slices and add to the meat.
Step 4
Cut chicken, sausage and sausages in the same way. Fry for two minutes and transfer to broth.
Step 5
Fry onions and carrots in oil. Then add tomato paste and simmer for a minute. Add frying to the soup.
Step 6
Finally add the capers. Pour into bowls, adding a spoonful of sour cream to each serving. Decorate with lemon, herbs, olives.
