Step 1
In the saucepan in which we will cook the soup, bring the water to a boil. You need as much water as the soup you expect to make.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes. Add chopped potatoes to boiling water. Do not salt!
Step 3
At this time, fry all the minced meat in a pan in oil. During frying, pepper the minced meat and, if necessary, add our favorite spices. Then we send the fried minced meat to the potatoes.
Step 4
Boil the champignons a little, cut and also add to the potatoes. If your champignons are fresh, and not from a jar, then it is better to cut them and fry them a little along with the minced meat. If you have dried mushrooms, then they must first be soaked in hot or warm water for about an hour, then they can be fried along with minced meat or immediately sent to the pan.
Step 5
When the potatoes are ready, add the cream cheese to it. Mix everything thoroughly. Bring to a boil, salt.
