Cheese soup with mushrooms is a very appetizing, hearty and delicious dish. For its preparation, you can use any kind of mushrooms: champignons and porcini, fresh and dried.
It is necessary
- For a 4-liter pot:
- - 100 g of porcini mushrooms
- - 800 g potatoes
- - 450 g of hard cheese
- - 200 g carrots
- - 150 g of onions
- - salt pepper
Instructions
Step 1
First, fill the mushrooms with hot water and set aside for 30 minutes. Then we cut them into small pieces.
Step 2
Fill the saucepan with water and let it boil, put the mushrooms, and salt to taste.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Chop finely onions. Three carrots on a medium grater. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes.
Step 4
Put the potatoes to the mushrooms, boil for 10 minutes. We put the onion. Then put the carrots.
Step 5
At the end of cooking, add hard cheese, salt and pepper if necessary.
Step 6
Mix these ingredients, remove from heat.
