  • - 550-600 g potatoes
  • - 150 g onions (casserole will be softer with red onions)
  • - 150 g of hard cheese (Pshekhonsky, Edam, etc.)
  • - 2 tbsp. fat sour cream (at least 20%)
  • - A little vegetable or olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

First, boil the mushrooms (if you take frozen ones, you must first defrost them). For example, mushrooms are boiled for 30 minutes, boletus and white mushrooms - 40 minutes.

Then peel and boil the potatoes until tender.

Cut the onions into thin half rings (if the onion is small - into rings), then fry over medium heat in oil.

Cut the potatoes into circles or semicircles. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

We take a baking dish. Thoroughly grease with oil, lay out the potatoes so that there is no space between the pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste and grease with sour cream.
