Everyone, without exception, will like this hearty and tasty dish! It can be both a simple dish served on a weekday, and a wonderful decoration for a festive table. Cooking a casserole is quick and easy.
It is necessary
- - 350 g of mushrooms, you can take both frozen and fresh
- - 550-600 g potatoes
- - 150 g onions (casserole will be softer with red onions)
- - 150 g of hard cheese (Pshekhonsky, Edam, etc.)
- - 2 tbsp. fat sour cream (at least 20%)
- - A little vegetable or olive oil
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
First, boil the mushrooms (if you take frozen ones, you must first defrost them). For example, mushrooms are boiled for 30 minutes, boletus and white mushrooms - 40 minutes.
Step 2
Then peel and boil the potatoes until tender.
Step 3
Cut the onions into thin half rings (if the onion is small - into rings), then fry over medium heat in oil.
Step 4
Cut the potatoes into circles or semicircles. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 5
We take a baking dish. Thoroughly grease with oil, lay out the potatoes so that there is no space between the pieces. Add salt and pepper to taste and grease with sour cream.
Step 6
We spread a row of mushrooms, pepper and salt. Then it is the turn of the onion, which we grease with sour cream and put the remaining potatoes on it. Sprinkle everything with cheese on top.
Step 7
We put the form in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
