Pumpkin can be used to make a delicious liqueur using simple ingredients. The advantages of this drink are natural ingredients and the possibility of preparation at any time of the year.

- - pumpkin puree (280 g);
- - reading water (480 ml);
- - granulated sugar (240 g);
- –Vanilla sugar (5 g);
- –Brown sugar (220 g);
- –Carnation (4-6 pcs.);
- –Rom (480 ml);
- –Cinnamon (4-6 pcs.).
Instructions
Step 1
Take a deep saucepan, add water. Next, dissolve white and brown sugar and vanilla sugar in water. Get in the way. Put on a hotplate and cook until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved. The syrup should boil at least once.
Step 2
Prepare pumpkin puree in advance. To do this, peel the vegetable, cut into large pieces, chop with a blender. Place in sugar syrup, then place a few cinnamon sticks and cloves in a saucepan. Cook for 20-30 minutes over high heat.
Step 3
When the drink is ready, you need to strain the syrup. To do this, take a fine sieve, cover with several layers of cheesecloth and strain the syrup. As a result, you should get about 2 glasses of the drink.
Step 4
Pour the resulting syrup into a separate dark glass bottle, pour in the required amount of rum and stir. Leave the liquor to cool in a dark place. Then put the drink in the cold, having previously capped it tightly with a cork.
Step 5
The more pumpkin liqueur is infused, the tastier the drink will be. On average, the infusion time varies from 3 to 20 days. This liqueur has a pleasant taste and contains exclusively natural ingredients.
