It is necessary

  • - Wheat flour of the highest grade - 0.5 kg;
  • - Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.:
  • - Vodka or alcohol - 1 tsp;
  • - Any honey - 1, 5 cups (300 ml);
  • - Sugar - 1 glass (180 g);
  • - Salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • - Vegetable oil for frying - 0.5 l;
  • - Kazan.

Instructions

Step 1

Break the chicken eggs into a bowl and add vodka and salt to them. Mix everything well with each other. Add flour in portions to the mixture. Knead to a soft elastic dough. In consistency, it should turn out like softened plasticine. Leave the finished dough to stand for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare a work surface on the table. Roll out the dough into a 2 mm thick circle. To prevent the dough from sticking to the rolling pin, lightly dust it with flour. Leave the rolled dough to dry for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Cut the entire dough into strips 3-4 mm wide. After that, chop each strip across into small pieces about 0.5 mm wide. They will look like noodles. Spread them all on the table separately from each other so that they do not stick together.

Step 4

Pour vegetable oil into a cauldron and heat it well. It is more convenient to throw the noodles in portions so that the oil completely covers it from all sides. Fry each serving for a few minutes until golden brown, stirring constantly. Transfer the finished noodles to a large deep bowl.

Step 5

After all the noodles are overcooked, it's time to prepare the chak-chak syrup. Place sugar and honey in a saucepan or small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer the syrup on low heat until all the sugar has melted, stirring all the time.

Step 6

When the syrup is ready, pour it into the bowl of the fried noodles and stir well with a slotted spoon so that all the noodles are soaked in the syrup.

Step 7

After that, soak your hands in cold water and place the whole mass with them on a large dish. Also, with wet hands, press and compact all the noodles together to form a dense slide. You can lay out the chak-chak in portions on plates and form slides already on them.
