Various desserts can be served during the fruit season. The fruit dessert with sparkling water has a special taste.
It is necessary
- - glass or bowl 3 pcs.;
- - gelatin 15 g;
- - fat sour cream 250 ml;
- - sugar 100 g;
- - colored sparkling water 1 glass;
- - 5 plums;
- - 3-4 tangerines;
- - cream 33% 100 g;
- - thickener for cream 1 sachet.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour gelatin into 1/4 cup of cold boiled water and leave for 40 minutes to swell.
Step 2
Pour carbonated water into a bowl or glass to release all the gas.
Step 3
Add sugar to sour cream and mix well. Heat 2/3 of the swollen gelatin, without boiling, and pour into the sour cream with sugar. Mix the whole mass thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour the sour cream into glasses or bowls and refrigerate to solidify.
Step 5
Wash and dry the plums with a towel, then remove the seeds from them. Cut the pulp into small slices.
Step 6
Peel the tangerines and disassemble them into wedges. Separate each slice from the film and cut into 2-3 parts.
Step 7
Put pieces of plums and tangerines on the frozen sour cream. Heat the remaining gelatin and combine with sweet water, from which gas came out, and stir. Pour the resulting mixture of water and gelatin over the fruit and let it set.
Step 8
Whisk the cream with sugar and a thickener. Decorate dessert with them.
