  • - 2 tbsp. mayonnaise;
  • - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
  • - 50 gr. butter.
  • To prepare the filling:
  • - 100 gr. cheese;
  • - 1 bunch of dill;
  • - 2 pcs. eggs;
  • - 1 tbsp. sour cream.

Instructions

Step 1

In a separate bowl, soften the butter. Add mayonnaise, sour cream to it and mix everything thoroughly with a whisk. Next, add a little flour along with the baking powder. Knead the dough - it should be firm and elastic.

I recommend sifting the flour through a sieve, it is thus saturated with oxygen and the dough with such flour turns out to be more fluffy.

Step 2

Roll the finished dough into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Cooking the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Rinse the greens thoroughly and chop finely. Next, combine the cheese, herbs, sour cream and eggs.

Step 4

Take a baking dish and brush with butter. Take out the dough and transfer it to the mold, distributing it with your hands so that small sides appear on the sides. Spread the filling evenly over the dough.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the cake on for 35-40 minutes.
