It is necessary
- - 150 g red lentils
- - one onion
- - one carrot
- - ½ zucchini
- - 150 g tomatoes
- - 100 ml of milk
- - one processed cheese
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - greens (parsley, dill, cilantro)
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the lentils and cover them with hot water. Cook for about 15 minutes after it has boiled. Do not soak lentils like peas, beans, and beans. For one glass of lentils, use 2 glasses of water. Salt water is not worth it, as lentils take longer to cook in salted water.
Step 2
Peel and cut the carrots and courgettes into equal cubes. Wash, peel and chop the onion. Pour 700 ml of water into a saucepan and put on fire. Toss in the carrots, then add the zucchini and onions.
Step 3
Add lentils to the soup, remove the pan from heat and beat the contents with a blender until smooth.
Step 4
Pour tomato, milk into the soup and put on fire again. It is best to peel tomatoes before adding them. This can be easily done by cutting the tomato in several places and placing it in hot water, so that the skin will more easily come off the pulp.
Step 5
Add garlic and diced cheese. Cheese "Druzhba" is ideal. Only cheese should be fresh.
Step 6
Cook the soup for about 3 minutes more and season with pepper and salt. Add greens before serving. It is good if the herbs are varied, for example, parsley, dill and cilantro.
