- tomatoes - 5 pieces
- tomato paste - 200 g
- onion - 1pc

- water - 7-8 glasses

Step 1
Rinse the lentils and cover with warm water for 10-15 minutes. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, peel them off and chop finely. Peel the onion and garlic and also cut into small pieces.

When the lentils are slightly swollen, drain the water, rinse again and immerse in a pot of water. Set the heat to medium.
Step 3
Pour some oil into a skillet and fry the onions, garlic and tomatoes until softened. Then add the tomato paste there. Simmer in this way for 10-15 minutes, season with curry, salt.

When the vegetables are stewed, add the mixture to the lentil pot. Cook until thickened for 10-15 minutes. Season to taste.
