It is necessary

  • -3 eggplants;
  • -bulb;
  • -carrot;
  • -160 g of mozzarella cheese;
  • -40 g of hard cheese;
  • -5 fresh tomatoes;

  • -Provencal herbs.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the eggplant and cut into strips lengthwise.

Then place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with vegetable oil.
