Moussaka is an unusual and delicious Greek dish. The recipes are different, but the only ingredient remains the same - minced meat and sauce.
It is necessary
- -200 g minced meat;
- -3 eggplants;
- -bulb;
- -carrot;
- -160 g of mozzarella cheese;
- -40 g of hard cheese;
- -5 fresh tomatoes;
- - tomato paste;
- -Provencal herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the eggplant and cut into strips lengthwise.

Then place on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with vegetable oil.

Bake them in the oven for 15 minutes.

Fry the minced meat in a skillet, adding oil.

After five minutes, add finely chopped onions and carrots to the minced meat. It can be cut into strips or grated.

Then toss in the chopped tomatoes and simmer for five minutes.

Then add the Provencal herbs with tomato paste.

Then put the eggplants in a deep dish.

After them comes a layer of minced meat.

Place the dish in a preheated oven. The dish will be ready within half an hour. Remove the dish from the oven, cool and cut into portions. Garnish with chopped herbs.
