Grease a baking sheet with cooking oil. Next, divide the entire dough into three parts and roll out the first part in the form of a thin layer, which should be laid out on a baking sheet.
Step 3
On the first layer of dough, smooth out some of the nuts with a spatula. Then repeat the procedure with rolling out the dough and place the second layer on the nuts. Alternate layers with nuts. Finally, cover the last layer of nuts with a layer of dough. Using a sharp knife, divide the baklava into diamond-shaped pieces, gently holding the edges of the dough with your fingers.
Step 4
Now we need to prepare the filling for the baklava. Put butter and honey in a deep metal ladle. Melt gradually over low heat or water bath. Then add sugar and wait for all crystals to dissolve in honey and butter. Stir with a wooden spatula while heating the mixture. Add vanillin at the end.
Step 5
Put the baklava in the oven and bake for at least 20 minutes at a temperature of 170-200 degrees. Remove the baked goods and pour generously with the sugar, honey, butter and vanilla filling. Leave the baklava to soak for 2-4 hours.
