It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 200 g butter;
  • - 400 g flour;
  • - 200 g sour cream;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - 3 yolks;
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of soda;
  • - vanillin.
  • For filling:
  • - 300 g of walnuts;
  • - 200 g of sugar.
  • For syrup:
  • - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
  • - 5 tbsp. spoons of honey.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking the dough. Add soda, vanillin to flour, combine with butter, grind everything into fine grains. Add sour cream, 2 yolks and knead the dough. Refrigerate for one hour.

Step 2

Cooking the filling: Fry the walnuts, mince. Combine nuts with sugar.

Step 3

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, divide into 5 pieces. Roll out into thin layers.

Step 4

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with butter. Lay the layers of dough, alternating with the filling.

Step 5

When all the layers are laid, grease with yolk on top and cut into diamonds. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 6

Cooking syrup. Melt honey and butter in a water bath.

Step 7

After 20 minutes, remove the diamonds from the oven, cut through them to the end. Pour in syrup. Place in the oven for another 20 minutes. Serve ready baklava for tea.
