A hearty breakfast is the key to a successful day, well-being and a real source of energy. But, as a rule, most people simply do not have enough time to prepare a full breakfast early in the morning. Therefore, this recipe for hearty buns is well suited for a morning meal on weekends, as well as for meeting guests as a snack.
It is necessary
- - round buns 4 pcs.
- - chicken fillet 200 g
- - tomatoes 150 g
- - canned peas 1 can
- - cheese 100 g
- - lettuce leaves
- - mayonnaise
- - salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet in salted water, remove from the broth, cool and cut as small as possible.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. If the vegetable has given juice, it must be drained.
Step 3
Cooking the filling salad: in a bowl, mix the chicken fillet, tomatoes, add canned peas, salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients.
Step 4
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
Step 5
Cut each bun lengthwise into two equal parts. It is necessary to remove the crumb from both halves, which will not be needed in the future.
Step 6
Stuff each part of the bun with the filling.
Step 7
Sprinkle the bottom of the bun with cheese over the filling.

Put a small lettuce leaf on top of the cheese.
