Even with a lot of greasing, the baked goods sometimes stick to the bottom. To prevent this from happening again, you can make your own non-stick mixture. Its recipe is very simple and the effect is amazing.
It is necessary
- - 1 cup flour (you can take any flour, even a mixture of flour and cocoa, for chocolate baking);
- - fat 1 cup (lard, fat, ghee, but not margarine can be used);
- - vegetable unrefined oil 1 cup.
Instructions
Step 1
Take flour, fat and vegetable oil. Mix it all up.
Step 2
Take a mixer and start whisking, first at low speeds. The mixture will turn gray-brown and large lumps will appear. It should be so.
Step 3
Continue whisking until the mass doubles in volume and turns white. This is what the mixture looks like halfway through whipping.
Step 4
In the end, the mixture turns out to be a silvery-white color, resembling a lush cake cream in consistency. If the mixture is liquid, then you can add flour.
Step 5
Put the finished mixture in sterile jars, close the lid tightly and store in the refrigerator.
Step 6
Can be done at half the rate. Apply the prepared mixture with a brush, in a thin layer, to a baking sheet or baking dish. Such a coating never burns, the baked goods do not stick to the bottom, it is easily washed off the mold and does not stick to finished products.
