It is necessary

  • For the filling: 400 grams of minced meat, 200 grams of boiled sausage, 200 grams of smoked sausage, 3 tomatoes (can be fresh, can be salted, you can also use tomato paste), 2-3 bell peppers, 1 glass of red wine, ground black pepper, onion, 3 cloves of garlic, salt, optional mushrooms.
  • For the sauce: half a liter of milk, butter, a tablespoon of flour, a clove of garlic, 2-3 bay leaves, black peppercorns.
  • As a dough, you can use a special lasagna dough, if it is not on sale, any yeast-free dough will do.
  • For sprinkling: 400 grams of cheese (preferably mozzarella or parmesan, but you can also taste).

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, we prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Cut the sausage into cubes - the longer the better. Remove the core from the pepper, also cut it into cubes. Put the minced meat in a frying pan, fry with onions and garlic. Add the sausage, fry for 5-10 minutes. Add the tomatoes. If fresh - cut into slices, if salty - chop with juice, if tomato paste - just add 3-4 tablespoons. Pepper, salt, pour in a glass of wine, close the lid. If you wish, you can fry the mushrooms with the minced meat.

Step 2

Then we prepare the sauce. To do this, at the bottom of the pan, fry finely chopped garlic with a spoonful of flour in butter. Pour in half a liter of milk, add bay leaves, black peppercorns. We are waiting for the milk to boil. We remove from the stove, filter. The sauce is ready.

Step 3

Put the dough on a frying sheet. If you have purchased a special lasagna dough, follow the instructions on the package for how to make it. It is usually sufficient to boil the dough sheets for a while in salted water. If you took a yeast-free dough, roll it out finely and cut into leaves about 10x10 cm in size. Place the dough sheets on a baking sheet or frying pan so that they lay on top of each other.

Step 4

Now we add layers. The first layer is meat filling. Pour it with milk sauce. We spread the second layer of dough in the same way as the first. Then - again, meat filling and milk sauce. Repeat until the filling ends. Usually it is enough for two layers.

Step 5

Put the last layer of dough on top, cover it with finely grated cheese. Now put the lasagne in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Bon Appetit!
