- - 0, 5 tbsp. cream 20%
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the chopped mushrooms in a well-heated skillet with butter. When the liquid has completely evaporated and the mushrooms are browned, add finely chopped onions to them. Make sure that the onions are not fried.
Step 2
Rub the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the onion. Add salt and pepper and cook mushrooms and vegetables for another five minutes. Then add cream and stir.
Step 3
Cut the lemon into thin half rings. Better to take a small lemon.
Step 4
Now you can start to fish. Clean and remove the insides of the fish. The head and tail do not need to be removed. Wash the fish carcasses and pat dry with napkins.
Step 5
Make cuts inside the belly of the fish and place a slice of lemon there. Rub the fish with spices and salt.
Step 6
Now carefully stuff the fish with the resulting mixture of mushrooms and vegetables. Fasten the incision with toothpicks and wrap the fish in foil.
Step 7
Set the oven to preheat to 160 degrees in advance. Bake the fish in the oven for an hour.
Step 8
At the end of the hour, increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees, and remove the foil from the fish. Determine the readiness of the fish by the resulting golden brown crust. To prevent the fish from getting dry, you can lightly sprinkle with olive oil.
