Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin plates, cut them so that they take the shape of a rectangle, beat slightly, sprinkle with vinegar, salt.

For the filling, cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and fry in butter with finely chopped mushrooms and onions until golden brown. While frying, add soy sauce and spices as desired.

Cut fresh bell peppers into cubes and mix with the filling.
Step 4
Put a couple of tablespoons of the filling on the fillet layer. If desired, you can add mozzarella or your other favorite cheese to the filling.
Step 5
Carefully, trying not to break the fillets, roll the rolls, if necessary, secure the edges with toothpicks or tie with culinary thread.
