Step 1
Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes. Sausage can be smoked or semi-smoked, it also needs to be cut into small cubes.

Rinse cucumbers and tomatoes, cut into cubes, add to chicken and sausage, stir. Peel hard-boiled chicken eggs, chop, send to the blank for okroshka. Put chopped fresh herbs in the same place. You can take more greens - from it okroshka will only become lighter and tastier.

Salt and pepper the mass, squeeze the garlic into it through a press. Mix well.
