These delicious crumpets with onions and mushrooms resemble pasties with mushroom filling - it turns out quite original. For the recipe, you can even take pickled mushrooms.
It is necessary
- - 2, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 1 glass of boiling water;
- - 300 g honey agarics;
- - 5 onions;
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt, sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Stir salt and sugar in a glass of boiling water, pour in vegetable oil, add sifted flour. Knead a soft dough out of these components, put it in a warm place for 40 minutes so that the dough breathes and rests.
Step 2
Roll half of the finished dough into a large layer, it should be very thin. Now spread the onion circles on the dough at a distance of 2 centimeters from each other.
Step 3
Take honey mushrooms, you can take both fresh and pickled ones. Pre-fry the mushrooms (even pickled ones), put them on top of the onions, they should be whole - it looks so beautiful. Now roll out the second layer of dough, cover the first layer with onions and mushrooms. Choose a glass of a suitable diameter, cut the circles along the contours of the onion with it, so that you get even crumpets.
Step 4
Fry the donuts with onions and mushrooms in a large amount of vegetable oil (heat it thoroughly beforehand). Fry on both sides until a pleasant golden brown. After that, immediately put the finished donuts on paper napkins so that the excess oil drains from them. The dish can be served immediately hot, or you can wait until it cools a little to make it easier to eat.
