A pancake snack can decorate any festive feast. Despite the simplicity in preparation, it turns out to be very original, festive and tasty!
It is necessary
- We will need:
- 1.beet juice - 80 milliliters;
- 2. vegetable oil, wheat flour - 3 tablespoons each;
- 3. one egg;
- 4. salt to taste.
- For the filling, take:
- 1. creamy curd cheese - 100 grams;
- 2. salted red fish - 150 grams;
- 3.nuts - 60 grams;
- 4. horseradish, sour cream - 2 tablespoons each;
- 5. lemon pepper, salt, lettuce.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the chicken egg with salt, add flour, pour in beet juice, mix until smooth. Add vegetable oil, mix again.
Step 2
Bake the pancakes as you would normally. After that, you can proceed to cooking the filling.
Step 3
Mix curd cheese with horseradish, salt and pepper. Chop the nuts, add to the filling.
Step 4
Apply the filling to each pancake, align it. Put lettuce leaves on one edge of the pancake, brush with the filling, on top - a red fish.
Step 5
Roll the pancake into a roll, put it in the refrigerator for thirty minutes, having previously wrapped it in cling film. After that, cut the pancakes into pieces, serve the resulting wonderful and mouth-watering snack!
