This vegetable pie is very similar to pizza, but still slightly different. He has a slightly different dough. The sausage and vegetable pie is very satisfying, rich and delicious.

Step 1
Put the butter in a warm place for a while to soften, then cut it into pieces and beat with an egg. Add yogurt and salt to this egg-oil mixture, stir everything thoroughly. Adding flour in portions, knead the tough dough for the pie, transfer it to a container, cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 2
Turn the oven 180 degrees to preheat. At this time, brush the round baking dish with butter. Remove the dough from the refrigerator, place it on the table sprinkled with flour. Roll out the yeast-free pie dough into a round layer, put it in a mold, make sides.
Step 3
Rinse all vegetables thoroughly, peel, remove seeds from pepper, rinse again, and then pat dry on a paper towel. Cut vegetables into cubes. Pour olive oil into a skillet, heat it up, and then fry the vegetables in it. Put the fried vegetables on the dough, add the corn.

The filling for the pie is also not very difficult to prepare. Pour milk into a saucepan, add flour for the filling, bring this solution to a boil, salt and pepper. Cook the filling mixture until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Pour the resulting dairy mixture over the vegetables on the dough. Place the pre-cut sausage on top of the pie filling.

Place the pie in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Cut the hot open pie with vegetables and sausage into pieces, put on plates and serve.
