Homemade pizza turns out to be much tastier than the purchased one, and the fillings become original. I suggest you bake a Chicago pizza and have an unusual family dinner.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- Water - 600 ml,
- dry yeast - 1 level tablespoon,
- cane or regular sugar - 1 tablespoon
- a pinch of salt,
- flour - 1 kg.
- For tomato sauce:
- Garlic - 2 cloves (you can have more, as you like),
- dry cumin or basil - a pinch,
- some fine salt (preferably sea salt),
- canned tomatoes - 450 grams,
- some black pepper.
- For filling:
- Onion - 2 pcs,
- pork sausages - 4 pcs,
- ground smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon,
- ground fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon,
- cheddar cheese - 300 grams,
- pickled chili peppers - 2 pcs,
- boiled meat (pork or beef) - 250 grams,
- some olive oil and bread crumbs.
- For baking, you need 4 tall tins.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking pizza dough.
Stir dry yeast with sugar and salt in heated water.
Pour a kilogram of flour into a food processor and pour in the yeast and sugar mixed in water. Mix well.
Sprinkle the table with flour, put the dough and knead it until elastic.
Sprinkle a bulky cup with flour, put the dough in it, cover with a clean kitchen towel and leave it aside for two hours.
Step 2
Beat canned tomatoes, dry cumin or basil, cloves of garlic, a pinch of sea salt and ground black pepper in a blender until smooth.
Step 3
Grease each form with oil, sprinkle with breading.
Divide the dough into four parts. We form four balls.
We stretch each ball of dough to the size of the mold, you can roll it out, as it is more convenient for anyone. Place the dough in the baking dish. We leave for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Grease the base with the prepared sauce. Put slices of sausages, meat, thin strips of chili, cheese and onion rings over the sauce. Sprinkle with ground fennel and ground paprika.
Step 5
We heat the oven to 190 degrees.
We bake pizzas for 20 minutes.
