  • - 600 g tofu
  • - vegetable oil for deep fat
  • - 1 medium cucumber
  • - 100 g bean sprouts
  • - salt, 1, 5 tbsp. Sahara
  • - 4 small chili peppers
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - water
  • - 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • - 2 tbsp. tomato sauce

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the bean curd into rectangles, each of which cut diagonally so that you end up with triangles. Use paper towels or a towel to remove excess moisture from the cheese and lightly salt.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce, for which free the chili peppers from the seeds and finely chop, peel the garlic. All ingredients for the sauce - chili, garlic, granulated sugar and salt, water, vinegar and tomato paste - beat thoroughly in a blender until smooth.

Step 3

Heat oil in a special wok and deep-fry in small portions of tofu until golden brown. Remove the toasted cheese from the butter and place on paper towels or a towel to remove excess grease.

Step 4

Cool the tofu slightly and make a shallow cut in each bite. Blanch the legumes and rinse them with cold water. Wash and chop the cucumber into thin strips. Stuff the tofu with the cucumber and scion mixture and serve warm with the hot chili sauce.
