To prepare this dish, you will need the following ingredients:

- 500 g of fresh cabbage;

- onions - 1-2 pcs.;

- egg - 4 pcs.;

- 250 g flour;

- 100 ml of milk (or water);

- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;

- salt (to taste);

- skimmer.

Place 2 eggs to hard boil. Meanwhile, in a deep bowl, combine flour, 2 eggs, milk and salt to taste. Add milk gradually in a thin stream. Stir the dough until it is firm. Then leave the dumplings dough to sit for a while.

Peel the onions, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add cabbage to the onions. After lightly frying the onions and cabbage, leave them to cool. Chop hard-boiled eggs finely, add to onions and cabbage, do not forget to salt and pepper to your liking.

Take the dough, cut into small pieces, wrap in flour and roll with a rolling pin into a flat cake. Then, using a glass or mug, cut out even circles of dough, on which you then need to evenly spread the filling. The edges of the dumplings must be pinched, for example, with a pigtail. Place the finished dumplings on a floured cutting board.

- meat grinder;

First, prepare the dumplings dough. Sift the flour onto a cutting board, then pour some water mixed with egg and salt into the small hole in the center of the flour. Stir the dough until firm and elastic. After the dough stops sticking to your hands, put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for a while. Also, the dough for dumplings can be perfectly cooked in a food processor with a dough kneading function or a bread maker.

To prepare the minced meat, wash and finely chop the cabbage, then stew it in a mixture of vegetable oil and water. You also need to salt and pepper the cabbage. You can stew cabbage until half cooked, because later in the cooking process, the cabbage will reach the desired state.

Cut the meat into small pieces, then grind in a meat grinder along with cabbage and finely chopped onions. Add salt and pepper to the minced meat. Add a small amount of water to the minced meat. it will help form the broth inside the dumplings. Mix thoroughly.

Next, you need to sculpt dumplings of any shape (round, oval or square) and any size. It is necessary to carefully pinch the edges of the dumplings so that they do not fall apart during cooking.
