- about one hundred grams of peeled hazelnuts

- one hundred grams of sunflower kernels (peeled)

- 150 grams of flour

- slightly less than a glass of sugar

- 70-80 ml of water

- 80 ml vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Fry hazelnuts and sunflower kernels in a dry frying pan, cool, peel and grind in a blender.

2. Lightly fry the flour in the same pan until golden brown.

3. Mix nuts and flour.

4. Pour water into a saucepan and add sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat to dissolve the sugar completely. Pour the oil there and let the mixture boil again.

5. Cool the sugar syrup a little (to a temperature of about 50 degrees).

6. Then mix dry mass of nuts and flour with syrup. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

7. Put the entire prepared mass into a mold. Cover the form with cooking foil.

8. Tamp the mass well in the form so that there is no looseness.

9. On top of the halva, also close with a film and press down a little more with your hands.

10. Place the form with halva in the refrigerator for an hour or two.

Homemade halva made from natural ingredients is a tasty and healthy delicacy.
