It is necessary
- - puff pastry - 500 g;
- - carrots - 2 pcs.;
- - tomato paste - 1 tablespoon;
- - chicken breast - 2 pcs.;
- - fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
- - green salad or parsley - a bunch;
- - mayonnaise - to your taste;
- - salt and pepper - to taste;
- - dill - a bunch.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees in advance. Spray a small amount of flour on your workbench. Lay out the defrosted puff pastry. Cut a part from the main piece and roll it into a layer 3-4 mm thick. Cut a plate of dough into strips up to one centimeter wide.
Step 2
Form cones from cardboard or thick paper that is easy to bend. They will serve as blanks for future "carrots". Their size can be arbitrary, but no more than 10 cm in length.
Step 3
Wrap a strip of dough around each cone in a spiral pattern. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and place the puff pastry pieces on it.
Step 4
Rinse the carrots and pass through a juicer. Mix the prepared juice with tomato paste. Soak the "carrots" on a baking sheet with this mixture. Bake the semi-finished products in the oven until tender, about 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
Prepare a salad, i.e. stuffing for blanks. Boil chicken breasts in salted water and eggs. Wash the cucumbers, grate them on a coarse grater. Rub the finished eggs too. Tear the meat into fibers, mix with grated products. Finely chop the pure dill and add to the total mass. Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise to taste.
Step 6
In the finished, cooled puff pastry tubes, fill with salad. Decorate "carrots" with parsley, let it imitate carrot tops. Put the prepared salad in "carrots" on a platter, serve.
