Avocado stuffed with tuna is a dish that can be safely called exotic, despite the fact that it is prepared with simple and affordable ingredients. It looks very original and bright on the table.
It is necessary
- - 2 small avocados
- - canned tuna (1 can)
- - 1 lemon
- - 1 head of red onion
- - ground black pepper
- - salt
- - sour cream (or natural yogurt)
- - fresh herbs
- - 1 bell pepper
- - hard cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Cut each avocado lengthwise and carefully remove the pit. Use a teaspoon to scrub the pulp.
Step 2
Soften the avocado flesh with a fork and sprinkle lightly with lemon juice.
Step 3
In a separate container, mash canned tuna with a fork. Stir the fish into the avocado pulp thoroughly.
Step 4
Thoroughly chop the bell peppers and red onions with a knife. Mix the ingredients with the fish stock.
Step 5
Add salt and black pepper at seven to taste. Season the salad with natural yogurt or sour cream.
Step 6
