After that we spread cling film on the table and roll out one piece of dough on it. Do the same with another piece of dough. After that, put the chocolate dough on vanilla and carefully remove the cling film. We roll the resulting layer of dough into a roll and then send our dough to the freezer for 1 hour. After a while, we take out the dough, cut it into thin pieces and put it on a baking sheet, which must be covered with edible paper.

Let's move on to baking our cookies. First you need to preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cookies are cooked quite quickly, within 20-25 minutes. The main thing is not to dry it out, because it will then crumble strongly. It is necessary to check the readiness during baking with a wooden toothpick, as soon as the dough does not stick to it, you can get it out. Let the liver cool down when it cools down, becomes ruddy and crispy. If desired, you can grease the top with boiled condensed milk, any cream.
