It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 320 g wheat flour
- - 1 glass of water
- - 8 g dry yeast
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar and salt
- For filling:
- - 150 g chorizo or salami
- - 250 g cheese
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of melted butter
- - 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- - a pinch of ground red pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a deep bowl, stir in warm water, dry fast yeast, and granulated sugar. Add flour, which it is desirable to pre-sift, and knead a soft, firm and plastic dough. It should not be too sticky and easily fall behind the hands. If the dough sticks to your hands, you can add some more flour.
Step 2
Roll the dough into a ball, transfer to a high-sided saucepan, cover with a clean cotton tea towel and store in a warm place until it fits. Pound the dough that has increased in volume and roll it into a thin layer on a floured table.
Step 3
For the filling, cut the sausage into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Brush the surface of the rolled dough with melted butter, sprinkle with oregano and pepper. Spread the cheese and sausage on top.
Step 4
Now roll the dough into a roll, and then cut with a knife into pieces of approximately the same width. Cover the baking sheet with parchment, lightly grease with vegetable oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees Celsius until the pizza is browned.
Step 5
Snail pizza can be served on wooden skewers, for this, chop the portions on sticks and place in a glass. Serve any savory tomato sauce separately.
