- - cauliflower - 300 g;

- - basil;
- - mint;
- - turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon.

Step 1
Let's start with the cauliflower. It must be divided into inflorescences, and then chopped thoroughly.

Put the pan on the fire, pour in the olive oil and add the turmeric. Immediately after it was covered, it is necessary to send the chopped cauliflower there. The resulting mixture should not be fried for long, a couple of minutes will be enough. After the time has elapsed, add soy sauce to the mass.
Step 3
Couscous should be removed from the heat and served with herbs and pine nuts. The lean dish is ready!
