  • - 50 g milk chocolate;
  • - 350 g of cottage cheese;
  • - 250 g mascarpone;
  • - 80 g sour cream;
  • - cream;
  • - 10 g of gelatin;
  • - 80 g of white chocolate.

Step 1

Prepare the pancake dough first. To do this, you need a special container in which you have to break the eggs, also add salt and sugar. Stir everything with a whisk. Add milk, vegetable oil and flour there and mix everything. After that, you should have a dough that pours easily.

Then preheat the pan well and grease it with vegetable oil. Pancakes can now be baked. Do not forget to grease each pancake with butter.

Then prepare the berry. If it was in your freezer, then take it out and defrost it. After that, make a homogeneous mass out of the berries using a blender. Place the dark chocolate in the microwave and melt it, remember to add boiled water to it.

After that, you can start preparing the filling. To prepare it, you will need cottage cheese and sugar. Mix all ingredients. There you need to add mascarpone (cheese made from cottage cheese) and pour in sour cream. Mix everything.

Step 5

Put the pancakes in a special form. This needs to be done so that the edges of the pancakes hang out of the mold. Add gelatin to the cream. In order for it to swell, leave for three minutes. After swelling, heat and stir. Then cool and add the curd filling there. Next, you need to mix all the ingredients with a mixer. Put 1/3 part into pancakes. Top with pancakes.

Divide the rest of the curd filling equally. Put the berries in one half and stir. Put melted chocolate in the other half and stir as well. Place the second layer over the pancakes. Cover everything with pancakes on top.

The third layer will consist of chocolate, curd filling. Cover the top with pancakes as well. And refrigerate for three hours.

Step 8

Then you need to make a terrine cream. Heat the cream and then melt the white chocolate in it. After it cools down, you need to add the berries and mix all the ingredients. When three hours have passed, turn the terrine onto a platter. Top with chocolate raspberry cream. For decoration, you can use the rest of the berries.
