It's no secret that many children do not like ordinary rice, but they are delighted with the sweet rice casserole. Indeed, in this form, rice porridge looks much more appetizing. It can be prepared for breakfast at any time of the year: in summer with fresh berries and fruits, and in winter with orange zest and cinnamon. We will understand the intricacies of making a casserole with apples.
It is necessary

- - butter - 10 g;
- - sugar - 15 g;
- - fruit syrup or sour cream - 30 g;
- - rice - 50 g;
- - apples - 100 g;
- - water - 400 ml.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice thoroughly several times, and then boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Then fold on a sieve and dry a little.
Step 2
Mix the softened butter with the egg yolks. Whisk the whites into a foam. Rinse the apples thoroughly and cut them into medium-sized slices, having previously freed them from the skin.
Put boiled rice in a container, add whipped whites, a teaspoon of sugar, egg yolks. Stir the mixture well.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil, line and smooth half of the rice. Lay the apple slices on top in an even layer, sprinkle with sugar and top with the rest of the rice. Smooth and drizzle over the melted rice over the casserole.
Step 4
Preheat the oven and place the baking dish inside the oven and bake the rice casserole until browned. Drizzle sour cream or fruit syrup before serving.
