- - 250 g of premium flour;

Instructions
Step 1
Take one kilogram of ripe apricots. It is best to take large ones, they are more meaty and the pie will turn out to be tender. Wash the apricots with a cool shower. Transfer the apricots to a large sieve or colander and rinse all over. Let the water drain completely and dry the apricots. Cut the dried apricots into halves and remove the seeds. Try not to wrinkle the pulp. Cut into small wedges.
Step 2
Gently break the chicken eggs, separate the yolks from the whites. In a blender, beat the yolks, add the sugar and beat until completely dissolved. Pour into a deep cup and add baking powder, stir. Continuing to stir, add the sifted flour.

In a separate cup, beat the egg whites until fluffy and add to the dough. Salt the dough a little and knead. Grease the baking dish very well with oil, lay out the dough, make a small side. Put some more oil on top of the dough, then add apricot wedges and some oil again.
