Czech tomatoes are an excellent appetizer and one of the best options for harvesting tomatoes for the winter. Both vegetables and brine are delicious.

- - onions - 700 g;
- - Bulgarian pepper - 700 g;
- - garlic - 3 heads;
- - allspice - 1 pea per can.
Instructions
Step 1
Take red, and preferably brown tomatoes. Wash and cut into several pieces. Peel the bell pepper and cut into half rings. Prepare the onion in the same way as the bell pepper. Peel and chop the garlic in a blender.
Step 2
Wash and sterilize jars thoroughly. Lay all vegetables in layers. First, put the bell peppers and onions on the bottom of the jar. Then place the tomatoes, shaking slightly to fit more. Add minced garlic to each jar.
Step 3
To cook Czech tomatoes for the winter, prepare a marinade. For him you will need:
- water - 2 l;
- sugar - 6 tbsp. l.;
- salt 3 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- vinegar essence 70% - 1 tbsp. l.
Step 4
Czech tomato marinade is prepared in a very simple way. After the water boils, add salt, vegetable oil, sugar, acetic acid. Fill the jars with hot, but not boiling, brine.
Step 5
Sterilize the jars in a pot of hot water: liter jars - 15 minutes, 0.5 liters - 10 minutes. Then roll up and wrap until it cools completely. Store in a cool place.
