Ham salad is one of the few dishes that men recognize. The ham gives the dish an unusual aromatic taste. The meat goes well with vegetables and makes any salad filling. He will definitely not remain on the plate after a family feast.

- - potatoes - 5-9 pcs.
- - ham - 350 g
- - olives - 230-350 g
- - red onions - 1, 5-3 pcs.
- - vegetable oil - 2, 5 tbsp. l.

- - freshly ground pepper - 25 g
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash and cook in salted water until cooked for 16-23 minutes. While the potatoes are boiling, cut the onions into thin slices, the bacon and ham into thin slices, and the olives and sausages into circles.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until golden brown. Use a fork to place the toasted pieces in a separate cup. In the same skillet, fry the onions for 3-7 minutes. Add the sausages, cook for another 4-6 minutes.
Step 3
When the potatoes are boiled, pour out the liquid and pour cold water over it. Cut the potatoes into cubes and place in a cup. Add 3-4 tbsp. l. brine olives. Close and keep in a warm place for 6-9 minutes.
Step 4
Put sausages, olives and ham in a cup with potatoes, sprinkle with salt, stir. Top with bacon and pepper.
