  • - 4 young potatoes;
  • - 100 g of smoked salmon, curd cheese;
  • - 75 g salad mix;
  • - 2 pickled cucumbers;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 4 sprigs of dill;
  • - black pepper, salt, herbs.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the young potatoes; you do not need to peel them, but scrub them thoroughly with a brush. Boil the potatoes until tender in slightly salted water.

Step 2

While the potatoes are cooking, chop the pickles finely. Chop the washed dill. Mix greens and cucumbers with curd cheese, put on plastic wrap, shape the sausages, wrap, put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. This great option for serving curd cheese can be used in other recipes as well.

Step 3

Place lettuce leaves in a salad bowl (take a salad mix). Cut potatoes (no need to cool) cut into slices, place on top of lettuce leaves. Disassemble hot smoked fish into pieces directly with your hands, put in a salad bowl directly on top of the potatoes.

Step 4

Cut the chilled curd cheese sausage, add to the salad. Season the dish with coarse sea salt, pepper with ground black pepper, drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 5

Garnish the ready-made potato salad with smoked salmon with any greens, for example, chives and sprigs of watercress. Serve immediately.
