Fondue is a wonderful treat for a large friendly company, because it is so nice to spend an evening with dear people, talk and enjoy the exquisite taste of this Swiss dish.
It is necessary
- - Gruyere cheese - 400 g;
- - emmental cheese - 250 g;
- - dry white wine - 300 ml;
- - lemon juice - 1 teaspoon;
- - starch - 2 teaspoons;
- - cherry vodka - 1 tablespoon;
- - nutmeg;
- - white bread - 400 g;
- - garlic - 1 clove.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the garlic and cut the clove in half. Rub the fondue pot with garlic from the inside. Place the cookware on the burner.
Step 2
Cut the crusts from the cheese and grate it on a coarse grater. Pour dry wine into the fondyushnitsu and add a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. After a couple of minutes, add cheese shavings to warm wine and heat the mass, stirring constantly, until the cheese is completely melted.
Step 3
Dissolve the potato starch with a little cherry vodka and season with grated nutmeg. Add the mixture to the fondue to help thicken the curd.
Step 4
Cut off the crusts from white bread and cut into cubes. Place them on fondue forks, dip them in melted cheese and enjoy the exquisite taste.
