The favorite breakfast of the French can be made at home too! Just buy the dough and chocolate spread and cook exactly according to this recipe. The result will pleasantly surprise you.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of puff yeast dough;
- - 250 g of chocolate (or chocolate-nut) paste;
- - 2 tbsp. milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the dough according to the instructions on the package, then roll it out a little to a rectangular shape. The dough should not be thin. Cut the dough into several triangles with a knife.
Step 2
The wide side of the triangle is the place for the filling. Cut it slightly for easy croissant shaping. Spread some chocolate spread on the wide side. It is not worth placing the filling on the very edge.
Step 3
Grasp the wide edge of the triangle and twist the croissant towards the apex of the triangle. Gently transfer the croissants to a baking sheet lined with pastry paper.
Step 4
Lubricate them with a special pastry brush with milk and place in a preheated oven. Bake croissants at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Readiness is characterized by a golden crust. Let the croissants cool.
