It is necessary

  • - 350 g chicken fillet;
  • - 150 g of hard cheese;
  • - 250 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 4 things. chicken eggs;
  • - 250 g mayonnaise;
  • - 20 g butter;
  • - 2 pcs. medium carrots;
  • - 1 PC. onions;
  • - 1 PC. tomato;
  • - 10 pieces. pitted olives;
  • - 1 PC. red sweet pepper;
  • - 2 pcs. green cucumber;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet thoroughly and cook in a little salted water. Cool the boiled chicken fillet and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Wash the onion, peel and chop finely. In a well-heated skillet, melt the butter and fry the onions until golden. Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut. Add the mushrooms to the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for no more than 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 3

Boil the eggs, cool and grate on a coarse grater. Wash and boil the carrots in salted water, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater too.

Step 4

Layer all ingredients on a large platter. Each layer should be slightly salted and greased with mayonnaise.

Step 5

To decorate the salad, finely chop the tomato and red pepper. Gently top the salad with a mixture of pepper and tomato, make a strip of grated cheese and line the side with grated cucumbers. Decorate everything with olives.
