Egg patties are a fairly cheap option for homemade baked goods. For the filling, chicken eggs are used, always fresh and hard-boiled. If you add green onions to the eggs, you get a very interesting flavor combination.

Step 1
Sift flour and add salt, sugar, dry yeast to it and mix well. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with melted butter. Add the egg and butter mixture to the flour and knead until the dough is elastic. Form the dough into a ball, place in a bowl, cover with a towel and place in a warm place. After about an hour and a half, the dough should double.
Step 2
Prepare the filling for the patties. Hard-boil the eggs and chop them very finely along with the green onions and other herbs. Season the filling with salt to taste.

The dough, which has doubled in volume, is ready to form pies from it. To do this, put all the dough on the table, separate pieces from it, about 40-50 grams each. Roll each piece into a cake with a rolling pin.
Step 4
Now start sculpting pies. Place the filling in the middle of each tortilla, and then pinch the edges at the top to create an oval patty. Put the pies on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil, seam down.
Step 5
To make the pies rosy and beautiful, they need to be greased. To do this, beat one yolk with a tablespoon of milk. Spread the resulting mixture on each pie. Leave the shaped and greased patties on a baking sheet in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 210-220 ° C in advance. Place a baking sheet with pies there and bake. On average, it will take about 20 minutes to bake. Put the finished pies on a towel and let them cool.
