Ingredients:

  • Liquid cream - 300 g;
  • Heavy cream - 300 g;
  • Eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Flour - 1 tablespoon;
  • Pineapple juice - 200 g;
  • Gelatin - 20 g;
  • Jar of canned pineapples - 800 g

For decoration, you need pineapple slices, strawberries or other berries.

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to separate the egg whites from the yolks. Both are needed for the pudding. First, combine the heavy cream, pineapple juice, flour and egg yolks in a saucepan. Cook the resulting mixture over low heat until it thickens. The main thing is not to let the mixture boil. Otherwise, the mixture will curdle and flake. Cool the mixture.
  2. Soak the gelatin in cold water until the grains become transparent. Canned pineapples should be cut into small pieces. Set aside a few pieces to decorate the dish.
  3. Whip the liquid cream and set aside. Beat the egg whites until peaks form. Drain excess water from gelatin, and then melt it over very low heat.
  4. Place small pieces of pineapple and whipped cream over the egg yolks and stir well. Pour gelatin in a thin stream and mix again. Add thoroughly beaten egg whites.
  5. The selected baking dish must be doused with cold water. And after that, pour the prepared mixture into the mold and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to freeze the pudding.
  6. Now you need to get the pudding out of the mold. Submerge the dish in a bowl of hot water, this will help the pudding to come loose from the sides. Place the pudding on a serving plate.
  7. Decorate the finished pineapple pudding with pineapple slices, grapes, berries.
