Pancake Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp. sunflower oil and granulated sugar;

Ingredients for the casserole:
- Oil - 50 g;
- Cottage cheese - 300 g;
- High fat cream - 140 g;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil;
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- Vanilla.
Preparation:
- The products necessary for making pancakes should be taken out of the refrigerator in advance to warm them up. After that, they must be folded into a blender and mixed. You can also use a whisk.
- Pancakes must be baked from the finished dough.
- After that, you should prepare the filling. To do this, add a couple of large tablespoons of sugar to the cottage cheese and mix everything well.
- Then each pancake must be carefully spread on one side with the resulting filling and rolled into tubes, while the edges should be trimmed by cutting off the excess with a sharp knife (do not throw out the trimmings).
- Grease a baking dish with oil, and cover the bottom with scraps from pancakes.
- Each resulting roll must be divided into three approximately equal parts. They should be placed in the form while standing, while making sure that there are no gaps between them.
- Next, you need to prepare the fill. First you need to separate the yolks and mix them with a spoonful of granulated sugar and cream, add vanilla. Mix everything well again and pour into a baking dish.
- Place the dish in a heated oven (180 degrees). The casserole is cooked for about a third of an hour. When you see that a golden brown crust has appeared, then the dish can be taken out.
This casserole is incredibly tasty and tender and very nutritious. You can decorate it with fresh berries or pieces of your favorite fruit.
